Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is completed.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your jewelry reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free shipping within Australia for orders over $65 or more. $8.95 fee applies to orders under $65.
Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Available for an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your shipment as it makes its way to you.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We take every step to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. However, if your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@seraphinejewelry.com.au, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

RETURNS POLICY

Before making any return, please e-mail us at hello@seraphinejewelry.com.au with the reason for returning and also provide us with picture of the item to evaluate before we make any decisions. Allow us 1-2 business days for follow up.

You can return your order within 14 days from the date you received.
Any items purchased from the sale cannot be returned or exchange.
All items must be returned unused/ unworn and in its original packaging with the proof of purchase.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene purpose.
Items are always thoroughly checked before packaging but for any circumstances on receiving a faulty or damaged items we will replace your item.
Once the return items are received, we will thoroughly evaluate if it fits the criteria to proceed with exchange.
